Working with BPUB

What to Expect

When you begin a project with BPUB, here's the typical workflow:

  1. Initial Contact - Reach out to Business Development with your site plan and ACCELA Application No.
  2. Project Review - Our team reviews your plans with relevant engineering departments
  3. Kickoff Meeting - Meet with all involved parties to review requirements and answer your questions
  4. Design Phase - Engineering creates infrastructure designs for your project
  5. Cost Estimate - You'll receive a Contribution in Aid of Construction (CIAC) letter
  6. Construction - After payment and site preparation, BPUB installs infrastructure
  7. Final Inspection - Once COB inspections pass, COB pushes the release to the BPUB system and service will be scheduled for activation
